Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
